Order processing

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 7 business days of purchase. Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details if applicable.

Shipping costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

LiveDifferent does not control carrier rates, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within Canada and may offer international shipping in the future. If you are located outside Canada and wish to place an order, please contact us at info@livedifferent.com to discuss shipping options.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary based on location and carrier. LiveDifferent is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or other factors beyond our control.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within seven days of delivery at info@livedifferent.com with your order number and photos of any damage.

LiveDifferent is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
